I think watermarking is good for if you're a famous photographer who knows you have a higher chance of someone stealing your photos. I don't like how it could cover up the photo and takes away from the picture since it's really distracting though. I personally won't continue to copyright my pictures for my site just because I don't think my chances of someone taking my photos are that high. Plus, like I said, I don't want to cover up the picture and possibly take away from the overall theme of it. My favorite watermark though is the logo because it's prettier and you can change the shape so it's easier to place.
