Elements & Principles Organizer

We created an elements and principles organizer to help learn and memorize the most important aspects of graphic design. These include color, balance, proximity, alignment, repetition, contrast, space, and hierarchy. We first folded the paper into thirds and split the first page into eight equal sections for each element. I personally only used pencil for the first page, but then used marker on the middle section to create my doodles for each element. My goals for this piece were to create sketches that would help me remember the definitions of each principle of graphic design. By creating this piece I learned the specifics about each element and how to use them in future artwork. I really like how my doodles turned out on the inside, and I feel like it'll help me throughout  this class.
